Visa Disclaimer

Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy, consulate, e-visa portal or immigration authority of the destination country. We are not an agent of any government and have no influence over the outcome, the processing time or the reason given for a decision.

No one, including us, can guarantee that a visa will be approved. Treat any promise of guaranteed approval, from anyone, with caution.

We prepare your document checklist, review your paperwork for completeness, complete and submit the application correctly, and track it until a decision is issued. For countries with online portals, such as Azerbaijan's ASAN visa, Türkiye's e-visa where eligible, Georgia's e-visa and Thailand's e-visa, we submit through the official portal; for others we prepare the file for the embassy or its authorised centre.

Umrah visas are processed through the Government of Saudi Arabia's systems. Family visit visas for Saudi Arabia depend on the sponsor's status there; we prepare and submit the file on the family's behalf.

Our service fee covers this work. It is separate from the government or portal fee and is payable whether or not the application succeeds.

All information and documents you provide must be true, complete and your own. A false or altered document can lead to refusal, to a long-term ban from the destination country, and to prosecution in Pakistan. We will not submit an application we believe to be inaccurate.

Do not buy non-refundable flights before your visa is issued. Check that your passport has at least six months' validity and blank pages, and that you meet exit requirements at Pakistani immigration, such as a valid CNIC and, where applicable, a polio vaccination certificate.

If an application is refused, government and portal fees are not returned by the authority and therefore cannot be refunded by us. We will help you understand the refusal and, where appropriate, prepare a fresh application.
