Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority of the destination country. We are not an agent of any government and we have no influence over the outcome, the processing time, or the reason given for a decision.

No one — including us — can guarantee that a visa will be approved. Any party who promises guaranteed approval should be treated with caution.

We prepare your document checklist, review your paperwork for completeness, complete and submit the application correctly, and track it until a decision is issued.

Our service fee covers this work. It is separate from the government or embassy fee and is payable whether or not the application succeeds.

All information and documents you provide must be true, complete and your own. Any false or altered document can lead to refusal and to a long-term ban from the destination country, and we will not submit an application we believe to be inaccurate.

We recommend you do not purchase non-refundable flights before your visa is issued.

If an application is refused, government fees are not returned by the authority and therefore cannot be refunded by us. We will help you understand the refusal and, where appropriate, prepare a fresh application.
