ELIJAH TOURS AND TRAVELS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a private company limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with its registered office in Lahore, Punjab.

We are the data controller for the information described here. Our registration can be verified on the SECP company-verification portal using our Corporate Unique Identification Number, shown on our About page.

When you submit an enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, city, destination of interest, travel dates, number of travellers, budget range and any notes you add.

If you go on to book, we collect the details the booking needs: passport data page, CNIC number, date of birth, nationality, photographs, and for visa applications the supporting documents the destination country asks for, such as bank statements, employment letters, family registration certificates or vaccination certificates.

For Umrah bookings we additionally collect the details required by the Government of Saudi Arabia's Umrah system and by our accommodation and transport suppliers, including mahram relationships where the authorities require them.

We also record basic technical information about how you reached our website, such as the referring page or campaign link, so we know which of our channels people find useful. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

To prepare a quotation and follow up on it, and to arrange the services you book: hotels, transport, guides, activities, air tickets and visa applications.

To share the necessary details with the suppliers who deliver those services, which may include hotels, transport operators, airlines, ground handlers in the destination country, and the embassy, consulate, e-visa portal or immigration authority that decides your visa.

To issue receipts and invoices and to keep the records that Pakistani company, tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to keep.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of delivering the service you asked for, unless a court or a competent authority in Pakistan lawfully requires it.

Because our services are delivered abroad, your details are sent to suppliers and authorities in the destination country, for example Saudi Arabia for Umrah, Thailand, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Georgia or the UAE. Those recipients handle your data under their own laws. We send only what the booking or application requires.

Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially useful for follow-up and are deleted afterwards. Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by the Companies Act, 2017 and the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, which is currently at least six years after the end of the relevant financial year.

Copies of passports and supporting documents collected for a visa application are deleted from our working files once the application is decided and any refund or dispute is closed, unless you ask us to keep them for a future application.

Enquiries and bookings are stored in an access-controlled system with staff accounts limited to what each role needs. Documents you send us over WhatsApp stay in that conversation and in our booking record; we do not forward them to personal accounts.

Please send documents only to our published WhatsApp number and email address. We never ask for documents or payments through personal numbers.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you about a quotation, by messaging us on WhatsApp or writing to the office address below. We act on such requests promptly, subject to records we must keep by law.

Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 apply to the electronic records we keep. If a personal data protection law comes into force in Pakistan, we will update this policy to reflect it.
