Payment Policy

A booking is confirmed with a deposit; the balance is due before departure. The exact deposit amount and balance date are stated in your quotation.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the registered company account. We issue a receipt for every payment we receive.

Only ever transfer funds to a bank account held in the name of Elijah Tours and Travels (Private Limited). We will never ask you to send money to a personal account, to a mobile wallet belonging to an individual, or to a third party.

If you receive a message asking you to pay somewhere else — even if it appears to come from us — stop and call us on our published number before sending anything.

Quotations are issued in the currency stated on them. Where a supplier prices in foreign currency, the rate used is the one applying on the date of your payment.
