How a refund is calculated
A refund is the amount you paid us, minus any charges our suppliers have applied under the cancellation policy, minus any bank charges deducted in transit. We share the supplier's charge with you in writing so you can see exactly how the figure was reached.
Refunds are paid in Pakistani rupees. Where a supplier refunds us in foreign currency, we convert it at the rate we actually receive from our bank on the day it arrives.
How and when it is paid
Refunds go to the bank account the payment came from, in the name of the person who paid. We do not refund to a different person or to cash.
Amounts already in our hands are released within ten working days of your cancellation being confirmed. Amounts that depend on a supplier refund are released within five working days of the supplier's money reaching us. Airline and visa-authority refunds are the slowest part of this chain and are outside our control.
Not refundable
Government visa fees, e-visa and embassy charges once an application has been submitted, whatever the outcome.
Services already delivered: nights already stayed, transfers already provided, activities already completed, and documentation work already done.
No-shows and unused portions of a confirmed itinerary.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund figure, write to us and we will show you the supplier's charge. If we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the consumer court or the civil courts at Lahore.
