Prices are quoted per enquiry because hotel, transport and airfare rates change with season and availability. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is confirmed only once we receive your booking deposit.

Anything not explicitly listed as included in your quotation is excluded.

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for the period required by your destination, for giving us accurate names and document details exactly as they appear on your passport, and for arriving on time for scheduled departures.

Corrections to names or documents after tickets or reservations are issued may attract supplier charges, which are passed on to you at cost.

Itineraries can be affected by weather, road conditions, landslides, flight schedule changes, or hotel overbooking — particularly in Northern Pakistan during winter and monsoon. Where this happens we arrange the closest reasonable alternative and inform you as early as possible.

We act as an agent in arranging hotels, transport, guides and activities supplied by third parties, and we select those suppliers carefully. We are not liable for loss, delay or injury caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every international trip.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
