ELIJAH TOURS AND TRAVELS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a private company limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with its registered office in Lahore, Punjab.

Our services are offered subject to the licences, approvals and registrations that apply to each activity in Pakistan and in the destination country. Where an activity needs a licence we do not yet hold, we arrange it through an appropriately licensed partner and tell you who that partner is.

Prices are quoted per enquiry because hotel, transport and airfare rates change with season, exchange rate and availability. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is confirmed only when we receive your deposit and issue a written booking confirmation.

Quotations are issued in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Where a supplier prices in foreign currency, the rupee amount is fixed on the date of your payment.

Anything not explicitly listed as included in your quotation is excluded. Meals, entry tickets, optional activities, tips and personal expenses are excluded unless the quotation says otherwise.

You are responsible for holding a Pakistani passport, or other passport, valid for at least six months beyond your return date, for giving us names and document details exactly as they appear on your passport, and for arriving on time for scheduled departures.

Corrections to names or documents after tickets, hotel reservations or visa applications are issued attract supplier charges, which are passed on to you at cost.

You must comply with the laws of the destination country, including its visa conditions, and with the requirements of the Federal Investigation Agency's immigration checks on departure from Pakistan. We are not responsible for offloading, deportation or fines arising from your documents or conduct.

Umrah packages are arranged subject to the rules of the Government of Saudi Arabia, including the Nusuk platform, permit requirements for the Rawdah and for performing Umrah, and vaccination requirements such as meningococcal (ACWY) and polio certificates for travellers from Pakistan. These rules change, and we follow whatever applies on your travel dates.

Hotel names, distances from the Haram and room types are confirmed in writing before you pay. If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we provide accommodation of the same tier or better, or refund the difference.

Umrah visa issuance, validity and any change to Saudi entry rules are outside our control. Our fee covers preparing and submitting the application and arranging the package.

Itineraries can be affected by weather, road closures, landslides, flight schedule changes, security restrictions or hotel overbooking, particularly in Northern Pakistan during winter and the monsoon. Where this happens we arrange the closest reasonable alternative and tell you as early as we can.

If a trip cannot go ahead because of an event outside our reasonable control, we recover what the suppliers will release and refund that amount. We are not liable for further losses in such cases.

We act as an agent in arranging hotels, transport, guides, airlines and activities supplied by third parties, and we select those suppliers carefully. Their own terms apply to the service they provide.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, except where Pakistani law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend it for every international trip and for trekking in Northern Pakistan.

Tell us about any problem while you are travelling so we can fix it on the spot. Written complaints after travel are acknowledged within three working days and answered within fifteen.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Consumers in Punjab may also have rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, which these terms do not take away. Subject to that, the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction.
