Cancellation Policy

Send your cancellation in writing on WhatsApp or by email so there is a clear record of the date and time in Pakistan Standard Time. A cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it during office hours.

The applicable charge is what our suppliers charge us on the date we receive your notice. Hotels, airlines and transport operators each apply their own deadlines, so a single trip can carry several cut-off dates.

Where a supplier allows a free cancellation window, you keep the full benefit of it.

Unless your quotation says otherwise: more than 30 days before departure, the deposit only. 15 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the package price. Fewer than 15 days before departure, or no-show, 100%.

These bands are a guide. If a supplier's actual charge is lower, you pay the lower amount.

Once an Umrah visa application has been submitted, the visa fee and any Saudi service or insurance charges are non-refundable. Once air tickets are issued, airline penalties apply.

Hotels in Makkah and Madinah during Ramadan, the last ten nights and the Hajj season are usually non-refundable from the moment they are confirmed. Where this applies to your booking, we state it in your quotation.

If the Saudi authorities refuse or cancel a visa, we refund what the suppliers release; the visa fee and our documentation fee are not refunded.

Government visa fees, e-visa portal charges and embassy service charges once submitted.

Issued air tickets, except where the fare rules allow a refund, in which case the airline's refund minus its penalty is passed on to you.

Peak-season and festival-period hotel reservations that were confirmed as non-refundable in your quotation.

If we have to cancel a departure for reasons within our control, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund of everything you paid us.

If a trip cannot run because of a road closure, natural event, security restriction, government order or other circumstance beyond our control, we recover whatever the suppliers will release and refund that amount to you.
